Game changer! I have M.E. and suffer with headaches on a very regular basis and often reach for an ice pack to help. But I have to hold these to my forehead, not ideal. This eye mask has a zip that reveals an internal pouch in which there is a flexible, eye shaped insert that you can put in the freezer. So the whole thing can become a perfect little ice pack that stays in place. I actually use it on my forehead for headaches if I don’t want to close my eyes. The strap is adjustable so no tightness. This is a fantastic find for me. Can’t overstate the difference it’s made.

Have only used this a couple of times so far and, having tried a lot of this type of product, didn’t expect much in terms of results, so was delighted to find that it really did make a difference. Definitely recommend giving it a try

Not sure how this works but it really is cool to the touch. A godsend when the temperature rises. Makes going to bed much more comfortable and consequently so much easier to get to sleep. Highly recommend

Actually got this as a present for my mum but I ended up keeping it for myself. I love the smell and have enjoyed using it both as a bath oil and a massage oil on my skin. I will be buying another one for mum !

I tried the other scents too. These are just as delightful. Stepping into the shower feels like you’re in an Amazon rainforest taking in the smells of the finest nature has to offer. Sets a lovely mood.

I recently received my shower steamers a few days after ordering, and I was really impressed with the beautiful packaging! Each steamer was individually wrapped, which added a lovely touch. The green color was vibrant, and once I placed it in the shower, it definitely filled the space with a refreshing eucalyptus and mint scent. While the aroma was pleasant, I would have preferred it to be a little stronger to create a more intense experience. Overall, I’m happy with the product, and I can see it being a great addition to my self-care routine!
